it’s not that i want to lose weight or get skinnier
it’s that i want to be FIT. I don’t think i’m fit at all, i’m skinny enough, other then my legs but i couldn’t do cardio if my life depended on it. I have a fair amount of muscles, but i can’t RUN like i used to. I’ve become lazy. So, i’ve started exercising, just lunges and leg lifts for my legs, crunches for my abdomen and soon i’m start running on the treadmill.
Can anyone else suggest possible exercises i can do without losing too much weight?
